Main Duties And Responsibilities :  - To monitor the performance of Zonal service heads at multiple locations  - To expand Service Network in-line with sales growth.  - To coordinate with zones and ensure customer escalations are addressed in a professional manner.  - To track OPEN repairs and coordinate with zones and other internal functions for an early repairs  - Identify the gaps and improvement areas and ensure corrective action and compliance through operational audits and follow ups  - Check, monitor and enhance the skills of service network in the zone to ensure high repair quality and less number of escalations   - Managing customer escalation process  - Implementation of processes among service network  - Monitor and ensure MSL of spare parts within service network  - Aptitude and eye for details to drive zones for better SVC performance  - Aptitude and eye for details to identify and arrest fraudulent behaviour within service network  KRAs :  - To ensure service targets are met that are set for the SF/DCC  - To increase service reach as per the expansion plan.   - State of service franchise in the zone, ensure service franchise skills and infrastructure.  - To conduct Service centres operational audits
