Hiring a Purchase Manager for Red Box Rewards (Direxions Group).  Description:  - Candidate should have exposure in following areas: requisition, procurement, costing, commercials, vendor development, negotiations, ISO documentation, liasioning with suppliers.  - Having a good command on ms office / SAP / ERP  - Sourcing of products and offers at lowest price.   - Sources Images etc for the products and offers sourced  - Sources new vendors  - Negotiating payment terms with Vendors.   - Maintaining a database of Vendors and manufacturers.   - Evaluation of Sourcing Partners/Vendor.   - Managing the sourced products required on time for logistics timelines  - Knowledge in breakup of costs, taxation and commercials. Procurement of indirect and direct materials at quality and cost standards consistent with company business objectives  - Issue Purchase Order to Supplier for Materials after negotiating rates  - Procurement of business related items & follow-up with vendors for timely delivery  - To Liaise into Purchase Contracts with Vendors & coordinate with their operations departments for status of timely delivery as per customer requirements  - Quarterly meetings with Vendors to understand organization & their problem and opting for solutions which are best suitable to organization & Vendors  - Insure timely & safe delivery of material from the suppliers end to plant  - Vendor Development, Follow-up for dispatch of material in stipulated time  - Research and identify suppliers as required  - Analyzing the cost between vendors to make the best purchase  - Research product market information relating the required purchases  - Design and manage RFQ events wherever required  - Procure all materials necessary to support the manufacturing schedule on a timely basis, negotiating favorable contracts with key suppliers  - Ensure timely delivery of items at most reasonable prices through RFQ based negotiations  Skills & Competencies:  - Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience   - Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Visio and Project nice to have, but not necessary)   - Vendor Negotiation, Vendor follow up, Knowledge of procurement process etc  Qualifications:   - Master in Business Administration or equivalent with a first class degree.
