- Experience required more than 12 years in Workforce Planning ,Resource Management .
- Analyze, forecast, and plan workforce supply against the demand, assessing skill gaps,
- Should have hands-on experience in the Resource Management System.
- Implement scheduling strategies & initiatives to enable the business to achieve its objectives
- Work closely with stakeholders and clients to resolve manpower staffing and scheduling concerns
- Review Resource Planning & Budget requests for approval
- Forecast future Resource requirements & Budget needs
- Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial & resource planning results at the end of each reporting period
- Suggest resource optimization that increases productivity & spending improvements that increase profits
- Maintain oversight and preparation of budgets, capital plans, staffing forecasts and resource headcount requirements
