- This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for growing revenue and building client relationships and ISV Channel partnerships in emerging regions such as LATAM, South East Asia and Eastern Europe.
- The role will be required to acquire, retain and grow a large and diverse customer base ranging from large corporate accounts to emerging online business entities including those acquired directly or through channel partnership.
- 9-20 years experience in driving international growth including using online engagement tools to drive SAAS product growth is desired, in addition to direct B2B sales and channel sales experience.
- The chosen candidate must have a proven track record in driving meaningful growth initiatives, excellent communication skills, understand consultative selling, offer strong organizational, partnership and prospecting skills, be reliable, ethical, and a self-starter.
Job Responsibilities
- Create business development and sales plan to achieve growth targets and expand customer base in emerging markets
- Own and achieve annual sales and growth targets
- Prospect, develop and close international sales and business development opportunities
- Generate growth through selective customer targeting and mutually beneficial channel partnerships
- Coordinate sales operations across international geographies by establishing goals and monitoring sales growth by various regions
- Analyze and identify appropriate partners for popular cloud messaging products.
- Provide new business setups and implement same for new product lines and ensure growth
- Design sales contacts for various vertical markets by geography
- Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers
- Review sales pipelines, progress reports, which will help determine sales potential, customer needs, and the pricing of products or services. Share customer feedback with the product team
- Proactively recommend features and functions needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability
Skill Requirements
- Aptitude to understand technical aspects of cloud messaging products
- Proactive, outbound, people friendly are few important must have traits
- Excellent communication skills- Verbal & written. Should be well versed with PPT, Excel
- Strong understanding of customer and emerging market dynamics and requirements
