Responsibilities :
1. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building the sales pipeline, forecasting, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds monthly revenue targets.

3. Forecasting : Develop accurate sales forecasts and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.
4. Team Leadership : Motivate, guide, and train the sales team in effective selling techniques.
5. Corporate Account Management : Leverage an extended network and prior experience to handle corporate accounts effectively.
6. Sales Activity Management : Skillfully manage sales activities, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to deliver on sales plans.
Potential Background :
1. 5-8 Years of Hardcore Sales : Demonstrated success in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2. SaaS or Startup Adtech Experience : Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales within a high-growth SaaS or startup adtech industry.
3. Corporate Account Experience : Proven experience in handling corporate accounts and building lasting relationships.
4. Team Leadership Skills : Ability to build, train, guide, and motivate sales teams.
5. Sales Analysis : Skilled at managing sales activities and analyzing metrics to optimize performance.
Education : A management degree from a top management institute will be a plus.
