We- re looking for Director of Engineering / VP - Engineering to lead our mobile engineering team, technology and roadmap. This is a high impact role and requires you to have exceptionally good in mobile application development, pixel perfect UI.

Ideally, you will :

- Provide hands-on leadership to a growing team of mobile software developers.

- Co-develop mobile strategy and product roadmap for native Android apps.

- Technically dive deep; balance technology needs with business and customers- needs and demands.

- Mentor and develop software developers and architects.

- Foster a culture of independent problem solving and effective decision-making.

- Disrupt and Impact.

You have :

- 9+ years of software engineering experience (mobile product launch).

- Expertise in building applications that scale to millions of concurrent users.

- Very strong in Design patterns, Mobile frameworks and architecture.

- Successful background leading mobile software development teams.

- Knowledge of mobile architecture best practices.
