- Developing technical road-map.

- Driving improvement in competency of engineers, quality of software processes and its maturity, and efficiency of operations.

- Driving New Feature Development and execution of seed projects to address the road-map and to achieve technical goals

- Lead various commercialization .

- Ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Monitor relevant industries for new technologies.
