We are looking candidates for out top most Investment Banking Client for AVP/VP/Director - M&A Advisory in Mumbai.
Note: Candidate must have a closed deal of Min 100 Cr.
Education: CA or MBA (preferably from a premier institute) with a good academic background
Responsibility is as follows :
- Deal sourcing, Pitching, Deal execution, negotiations, top management support, Strategizing on transaction terms & conditions, strategic b-plan preparation, M&A Advisory
- To provide thought leadership to M&A activities by involving in the entire life cycle of investment banking Advisory functions that include deal origination to deal closure.
- Responsible for end-to-end M&A assignments starting from business development, pro-active lead generation, overlooking mandate pitches, client & transaction control.
- Responsible for conducting industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface and be a touch point from data gathering to preparation of marketing materials for multiple sell-side/ buy-side mandates till deal closure
- Working closely with partners in the firm and Promoters / Directors / CFOs of clients
- Involving in regular client meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements etc
Ideal Candidate must have :
- 6-12 years of relevant post qualification experience
- Preferably have experience in closing deals (Healthcare, Consumer, Industrial sector, Logistics sector, Infrastucture)
- Be well aware of rules and regulations that apply to M&A deals
Be a front line, client interfacing person
Have good working experience of financial analysis and strategy
Strong Financial Modeling & Analytical skills
