Functional Responsibilities : - Drive sales strategy, planning, and budgeting processes for International Key Accounts, Unit Engagement of Domestic Chain Hotels, etc. - Identify market opportunities and direct the team to achieve set sales goals. Be strategic and drive business and profitability. - Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the organization's planning efforts. - Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. - Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement. - Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence, essential to the sales organization. Recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in the development of new reporting tools as required. - Impact overall Hotel Contracting strategy by finding and exploiting new revenue ideas. - Work closely with Product, Revenue and Marketing team to formulate strategies and effective implement the same. Leadership Responsibilities : - Influence business and industry practices by driving innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action. - Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business unit supported. es. - Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization. - Strong Stakeholder Management as well as Team Management skills
