Job Description :
- Develop HR Strategy and tactical programs in alignment with the long range and annual priorities of the business.
- Manage the HR budget and be an active contributor to planning and budgeting for the organization.
- Design policies and processes that enable a transparent, fair and collaborative culture throughout the organization
- Help identify the future leaders through a structured and transparent performance management system.
- Design and implement rewards, career paths and recognition across the organization.
- Managing people cost.
- Implement strategies to engage with the employee base across locations and help make the organization a preferred place to work.
- Work with business heads to design and implement a relevant training calendar using internal, external and online resources to ensure that operations teams receive relevant, timely training.
- Communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
