Job Title: Director/ VP Comp & Ben Specialist

Location: Delhi- NCR/ Mumbai/ Bengaluru

Qualification - MBA Mandatory

Experience - Atleast 12 Years +

Team Management Experience: Yes

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall planning of compensation and benefits across levels

- Designs compensation programs for Sr Leadership

- Conduct the end to end Compensation Review process.

- You should have excellent understanding of the following -- regulatory issues, Tax, benefits, ESOPS, Incentive Plans etc

- Drives resolution of compensation issues and independently makes recommendation for optimal solution

- Responsible for market intelligence for different Industry Verticals/ LOB's

- Should be adept at managing year-end annual review cycle

- Support the stakeholders and represent Compensation team during Benefits renewal discussions

- Manage interventions like retention, guarantees, buy-back etc.
