Currently working on a requirement with one of my top prestigious client for the role of Director Online & Software product Support.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 15 - 25 yrs

MUST haves : Any Masters

- Spearhead and manage a team of transition and process automation experts for the F&A business processes

- Identify various process optimization and business transformation opportunities across various strategic accounts and processes and implement through a structured project plan which yields business benefits to global customers.

- Solutioning and Program Management for F&A operations.

- Identify and develop creative solutions for complex projects within F&A space providing onshore - offshore leverage.

- Serving global customers by providing valuable solutions for their business operations and enable better revenue models and reduce operating costs.

- Bring in a strong program management skills by engaging a partnering model with customers and a high acceptance levels in the timelines, governance and results

- Identify potential risks in the business and integrate appropriate mitigation's
