Transition :
- Responding to proposal requests from on-shore account leads and business partners
- Transitioning new service lines into delivery locations.
- Managing stake holders / Client management / Interaction with client and client teams
- Activities, primarily during client visits to the delivery center
- Create capabilities in Client Service Management Account Management
- Create capability for managing service and contract, managing client relations in India
- Project Scoping, Visits and Transition activities.
- Service Performance analysis
- Contract management
Responsibilities/Authorities :
Proposal development related :
- Lead the off-shore effort to provide timely, high quality responses to various Request for Information (RFI)
- Providing specific inputs on aspects of off-shoring work (such as costs, organization structure etc), to the onshore business partners
- Coordinating with operations and support functions (such as HR, Technology etc) to ensure that their views are incorporated into the proposal
- Ensure eSCM compliance for all pre-delivery activities
- Identify means of improving our proposal development activities
Lead & Manage Programs/Projects :
- Pre-sales: Showcase Capabilities to prospective clients
- Respond to RFIs & RFPs
- Architect Solutions
- Conduct Due Diligence
- Implement Transition Projects
- Stabilize of Operations post-go-live
- Lead Global Work streams
- Develop & maintain Domain specific BPO Credentials, Client Visit Decks, Case Studies & Transition Methodology
- Service Transition Estimations
