We have an urgent opening for an MNC Consulting Firm, for their Gurgaon location.

Position: Director - Transaction Advisory

Reporting To: MD

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: 30 Lacs to 35 Lacs

Job Description:

- Chartered Accountant with more than 12 years of post-qualification experience with Big4 firms under Transactions and Assurance advisory services.

- Should have worked across industry segments which include - Power & Utilities, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Telecom Towers, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Infrastructure E-commerce and Out of home advertising.

- Should have extensive experience of working with large to mid size private equity funds and corporate clients.

- Should have led & managed teams on more than 150 diligence engagements including overseas listings.

- Worked with and should have a strong connect with a large number of VC / PE funds including Actis, CX Partners, Helion, Matrix, Sequoia, Hands On Ventures, Catamaran, Fidelity etc.

- Commercial acumen - regularly advise clients from a business / commercial perspective rather than number oriented advice

- Expert knowledge across multiple sectors viz. education, ITES, e-commerce, security services, logistics, travel.

- Strong interpersonal skills - mentor several employees within the transactions group.
