Director - Testing Services - BFSI

- Overall, 15-25 years of experience in delivering testing services (functional / non-functional, manual & automation) to large Enterprises.

- Service industry experience in Banking (BFSI as a whole) with typical operational targets of Revenue/margin and overall P&L.

- Leadership which has Senior client stakeholder connect at SVP (or equivalent) level and running governance/status reporting.

- Expert in test planning, developing test strategy, QA Metrics Collation / Reporting, Project Effort Estimation, leading the test phases, including approach, scoping & planning, resources, scheduling, environments, risks, issues, progress, and metrics reporting to program leadership team.

- Strong in communication skills with experience in Test governance, reporting and handling escalations.

- Experience of setting up COEs for clients.

- Experience in end-to-end management of atleast a couple of automation projects.

- Experience in preparing estimates, high-level proposals, frameworks for new business opportunities.

- Governs testing planned and conducted by the individual work streams / vendor / application teams to confirm consistency in quality management.

- Standardizing and enhancing the testing quality assurance environment by developing and maintaining testing standards and recommending improvements to testing practices.

Ability to manage the complete BU for delivery excellence and bring value to organization / customer across multiple accounts.

- Contribute in Sales enablement, developing customer champions.

- Experience / Knowledge of test automation and test accelerators.

- Experience in preparing and responding to Enterprise size RFI / RFP responses; defending RFP responses as an individual contributor.

- Handle Operations and bring improvements (GM, Utilization, Pyramid, Billing Leakage etc.).

- Experience in working on the test management tools like JIRA, ALM etc.

- Willingness to work in flexible timings as and when needed to have overlap with global team from Asia, Europe and Americas.

Budget: 40 LPA (Includes 10% Variable)
