Director - Test Delivery with Experience in UK /Europe Region accounts /business/projects
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in managing large engagements with end-to-end IT business knowledge
- Must have handled multiple test automation projects.
- Should have work experience in UK & European regions
- Significant consulting experience and specializes in program management.
- Experience in leading efforts around multiple initiatives including technical/system changes and organization-wide major change efforts.
- Should have experience in managing On/ Off resources
- Should have good co ordination skills and handle client expectations
- Should have significant influence over architecture components of multiple programs and/or offerings.
- Responsibilities encompass the growth of accounts thru mining, capability development, as well as the development of assets and offerings.
- Oversees the coordination of a large-scale program or multiple complex delivery projects.
- Responsible for leading and direction of major projects, initiatives, functional groups or large project teams.
- Reviews comprehensive program and project plans, including: resources, deliverables and timing.
- Accountable for delivering the initiative plan from conception to implementation.
- shapes and leads programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation programs / system integration projects, based on client priorities, and outcomes of the business case
- Guides teams to address the right problems as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Develops and articulates points of view and thought leadership with client executives
