Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Leadership Hiring expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the hiring efforts for executive-level positions in their Technology organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading executive searches and building strong relationships with senior leaders in the Technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract top executive talent in the Technology industry.
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives and hiring needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain a network of executive-level candidates and industry contacts.
- Collaborate with HR partners and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and executive hiring trends.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that impact executive hiring.
Requirements:
- 20+ years of total experience and 10+ yrs into Leadership Hiring for a Technology company.
- Proven track record of success in leading executive-level searches for Technology companies.
- Strong understanding of the Technology industry and the talent landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and candidates.
- Experience managing multiple searches at once, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and executive hiring trends.
