Prior experience in a Captive is a plus. - Experience of building and optimizing an organization/team from ground up - Extensive experience with recruiting (interviewing, etc.) applicants for individual contributor roles and leadership roles. - Drive positive outcomes for the recruiting, mentoring, and motivation of a global team of 50-400 technologists. - Experience driving positive outcomes for large integrated, geographically-dispersed global delivery teams. - Extensive experience with budgeting and performance management (1:1s, goal setting, annual reviews). - Strong in technology strategy - roadmap to implementation - Act as a mentor and thought leader for all levels of leadership. Develop next-layer leaders throughout the firm. - Collaborate with Architects to define, drive, and facilitate the creation and adoption of platform architecture and standards. - Act as thought leaders. Shape and drive organizational strategy as it relates to technology. MANDATORY : Domain Experience: - Expertise in the life insurance or annuities industry. - Strong experience with web applications, insurance and annuity licensing/commission systems and IVR systems - Experience with life/annuities policy administration platforms and workflow/imaging solutions Technology Experience : - Software Engineering background in BFSI application products/frameworks - Hands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft .Net, Java and Middleware tools like MuleSoft and Informatica - Strong experience with data warehousing, enterprise service bus based solutions and APIs is essential
