The client is headquartered in Mumbai, India and has offices in Singapore and Malaysia and is expanding its global presence in other countries in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Number of years of experience expected: 8 to 15 years

2. Areas of past experience preferred: IFRS / IndAS / Finance product implementation / Risk product implementation

3. Educational qualification required: MBA / CA / BTech / Product courses

4. Additional certifications preferred: IFRS Diploma / Actuarial science (Cleared more than 9 actuarial papers) / FRM / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / PMP or similar certification

5. Technology proficiency preferred: Python / SQL / Bloomberg / Reuters / Experience with any MR / treasury systems

Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technology Implementation and Project Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Risk Management and Finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.

Key responsibility areas:

1. Lead and manage technology implementation projects from initiation to completion.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

3. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

4. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress.

5. Identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshooting issues to ensure project success.

6. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies based on project requirements.

7. Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee successful implementation.

8. Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.

9. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement.

10. Lead and / or assist in drafting / enhancing existing product documentation and collateral such as business requirement documents, functional specification documents, user manuals, demo presentations, test case repository etc.

11. Independently drive day-to-day execution of assigned client projects and internal development initiatives

12. Independently lead and mentor implementation teams on a day-to-day basis
