Job Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for end to end delivery of software products and custom projects.

- You will deliver world leading medical workflow software to all parts of the globe. The software will be technically sound and friendly to use and locally aware.

- You will drive innovation of mobile healthcare apps for global markets. This will include wearables and other bleeding edge technology - the knowns and the unknowns.

- You will manage managers and software engineers performing varied engineering tasks.

- You will develop work plans, establish technical objectives, assign tasks, manage budgets and groom the leaders for tomorrow.

- You will work closely with leadership and management in India, US, and NL around product and organizational direction and strategy.

- You will also work closely with customers and prospects across the globe around product delivery, new features, integrations and for new sales and pre-sales.

Required Skills

- BS/BE/B.Tech CS, CE, EE or related field of study.

- 7+ years of managing experienced developers and managers.

- 15+ years of experience in Software development & delivering projects.

- Customer interaction to prioritize requirements, schedules and budgets.

- Partner interaction with global technology companies about cutting edge mobile technologies that may be useful to execute the roadmap. - Working globally with distributed teams and stakeholders.

- Extensive knowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft .NET, design patterns, UX patterns, mobile technologies.

- Ability to do many things in parallel, efficiently and with a smile on your face.

Desirable skills

- A master's degree or an MBA

- Experience in the Healthcare IT industry - Managing or Development of enterprise class products used by large enterprises is preferable

- Extended overseas experience

- Strong coaching, decision making, influencing, mentoring, negotiation, problem solving and situational analysis skills.

- Ability to influence others to achieve results.

- Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.

- Ability to work in a team environment and keep the team together

- Experience to work across national cultures
