Responsibilities:   - Collaborate in defining and implementing the platform vision and architecture driven by solving market problems   - Design and develop software in Java on Pivotal Cloud Foundry   - Design, lead and implement integrations across our product lines and with external partners   - Coordinate unit, integration and system level testing   - Work with senior leadership and product managers to implement a quality release process   - Work with evaluators and customers to configure and use our solution   - Lead projects across the Atlanta team related to mobile application infrastructure following VMware's R&D practices   - Mentor and coach less experienced employees   Technical skills:   Should have experience in technical projects of Java or cloud based applications or mobile applications  Education:   B.Tech/MCA/MS/Msc IT from Tier 1 institutes or B.Tech/MCA/MS/Msc IT from any institute with MBA/PGDM from tier 1 institute. Either IT Background or MBA should be from tier 1 atleast. Else applications not considered
