Director/Technical Director - Government Advisory - WASH Segment - Water Treatment

To support the growth of its business, Company is seeking a Technical Director for the position of Team Leader for the "National Jal Jeevan Mission Project" with the following roles and responsibilities:

(WASH is an acronym that stands for "Water, Sanitation and Hygiene")

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Shall oversee the team, and shall be responsible for all communications/ interaction with Department of Drinking Water Supply (DDWS)

- Shall be responsible for supervising the conduct of the entire scope of work under this RFP

- Shall review/ monitor the work progress and deliver to the satisfaction of the client

- Shall work with the client to fine tune to achieve the objective of

- Shall be responsible for daily coordination with the Client, ensuring recording and relaying of communications.

- Will need to travel extensively across the country as part of field visit i.e. about 50% of the month

- Play a key role in growing the practice; primary focus will be on the development of new projects in the sector

- Meet business financial targets, overall project budgets and schedules, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal and contract requirements.

- Work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment to build business, as well as to lead clients and teams.

Additional Information :

Qualification and Skill sets:

- 10-20 years of experience in Leadership and management positions in large government programs essential

- 5 years of experience in government advisory

- 7 years of experience in management position in WASH / development program

- Master Degrees in engineering, public health, business or related field from a reputed institution

- Should have experience of leading large assignments in the WASH sector

- Should have experience of working in National level programs in WASH sector

- Strong leadership skills and extensive team management experience

- Demonstrable track record in delivering high number of revenue results annually, including successfully winning large and strategic portfolios.

- Ability to provide excellent project delivery and client service, quality on project deliverables, excellent communication and organisational skills

- Business acumen to understand business risk and challenges and recognise opportunities.

- Willing to undertake travel at times throughout India as and when required.

- Aligning work style with established work culture and leadership team.

- High personal & professional integrity. Team player and ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines. Problem solving attitude. Experience of managing teams and logistics

- Good analytical, and knowledge management skills including writing and presentation skills. Able to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Note: Master Degrees in engineering, public health, business or related field from a reputed institution Masters - Master of Social Work (M.S.W. or M.A. (SW)) in Other - Not Required Per/CGPA

- Masters - Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Planning and Development
