Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team in ensuring that there is high quality and consistency in the manner in which professional standards are applied.
- Reviewing routine consultations (assurance and accounting) prior to discussions with team
- Drafting guidance (alerts, checklists, model templates etc.) relating to new or regulations and professional standards
- Managing and being responsible for a specific section of the knowledge management database
- Drafting allocated share of internal and external publications
- Managing weekly and monthly updates.
- Executing desk top reviews of listed company financial statements
- Drafting technical training content for delivery to internal and external audience (eg: webcasts). Also delivering technical training to internal staff across locations.
- Ensuring that the internal processes and policies with respect to workflow and review mechanism are followed
- Ensuring that the planned projects and activities are completed within timelines.
- Ensuring effective utilization of the pool of resources available (consultants, trainees, assistant managers)
Desired Profile:
- Experience in assurance division
- Qualified CA / MBA(Finance)
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Open for Non Client facing role
