About our Client -

Our client is one a larget listed Indian Organization based in Delhi/NCR region.

Job Description -

- In depth and practical knowledge of the subject / function

- Knowledge of International Taxation Laws, DTAA, Deferred Tax, MAT credit and related matters

- Should have independently handled litigation matters

- Manage Corporate Tax Function and handle I-Tax return filing, Assessments, Transfer pricing Audit and effective Tax planning for the Group.

- Plan for Investments

- Will be responsible to handle Direct Tax matters of Group and Subsidiary companies and other businesses.

- Add value to the existing practices.

Ideal Candidate -

Qualifications

- CA before the start of job

- Added qualification (ICWA, L.L.B, CS) will be an advantage

Experience

- Around 20 years with around 5 ~ 7 years as Head of Function.

Age : less than 48 years.
