Director - Talent technology lead
- Reporting to the Executive director - IT head of enterprise application
- Developing & implementing Talent technology strategy
- Align and leverage emerging technologies to maximize the talent resources productivity, and user experience and solve complex tasks using automation
- Managing talent technology budget/resource budget. Keeping attrition under control
- Managing stakeholders from the Talent function. E.g. Talent advisor & Chief People Officer
- Dealing with external vendor and internal consulting team to augment capacity
- Managing OEM vendors like SAP, SF etc
- Staying abreast of industry trends and new IT technologies
- Ensuring consistent and positive customer interactions across all touchpoints
- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Providing leadership and direction to the technology team
