Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talent acquisition specialists
- Manage end to end recruitment for India
- Hire across levels and functions dominantly focusing on the Technology team
- Work closely with senior stakeholders in strategising and executing manpower planning
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience
- Must have done tech recruitment in the past
- Great with stakeholder management
- Must have lead a team of 5 to 10 people
