- Reporting directly to the VP HR, the incumbent will work very closely with business leaders to drive TA agenda of the organization.
- You would need to leverage team management and recruiting expertise to inculcate strategy to attract and hire the top talent to support business and growth objectives
- 15+ years of work experience in Talent Acquisition hiring 1500+ resources every year
- Prior experience hiring for Embedded Systems/AIML/Digital
- Experience working with product engineering and services organisations is mandatory
- Experience managing large teams of recruiters and managers is mandatory
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
