The- Account Based Orchestration Platform helps revenue teams identify and close more opportunities by putting the power of AI, big data, and machine learning behind every member of the B2B revenue team, empowering them to uncover anonymous buying behavior, prioritize fragmented data to focus on accounts in market, and engage resistant buying teams with personalized, multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns. Client helps revenue teams know everything they need to know about their buyers so they can easily do anything they need to do to generate more opportunities, increase deal size, get into opportunities sooner, compete and win more often.

This position reports to the Global Director, Talent Acquisition - Tech. The organization is responsible to deliver recruiting for Eng, Product, and Design functions. We are looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition Tech, India to lead and inspire a team of exceptional recruiters and sourcers while working closely with our technical leaders to execute full-cycle recruiting.

- Collaborate with Marketing and Branding to implement brand awareness initiatives

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of in-house engineering, product management, and technology recruiting experience. Success recruiting for startup companies is desired

- 3+ years of experience leading, building, and coaching a recruiting team of managers and recruiters, in a high-tech corporate environment

- Passion for delighting hiring managers and candidates

- Strong process-orientation, organization, and follow-up skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
