Our client is a leading luxury- real estate developers in UAE. Their head quarters being in Dubai, they have commercial and residential presence in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait and Egypt. Over the past 13 years, the Company has grown to become one of the foremost luxury developers in the region, with projects spanning the GCC and wider Middle East.

Our client is primarily looking for a Director Talent Acquisition.

The incumbent would handle a large team that will take care of End to end recruitment process, Strategic, cost effective Social Media hiring, Skill & Competitor mapping, People management, Vendor, Business & Stake holder management, Negotiation, Competency/ behavioral based interviews, Networking & Relationship building.

The job would include but not limited to :

- Setting up and managing staffing teams with high performance abilities

- Major activities involves end to end Recruitment, Strategizing & planning, Skill & Competitor Mapping, Process improvements, Vendor management, Setting recruitment SLA- s, Monitoring Cost Per Hire & TAT's for cost effective and timely hiring, Team Management, Compensation negotiations, Channel recruitment, MIS Reports, Training Recruiters, Lateral Hiring, Dashboards & Metrics, Customer centric, Tool management, Attrition control, etc.

- Aligning with core goals both short term and long term and developing recruitment plans with predictability

Planning and Execution:

- Discuss with senior business leaders and build headcount projection plans (including annualized average attrition numbers)

- Build sourcing strategy, workforce planning, Campus hire planning and set hiring SLA's

- Set right expectations with business and recruiters

- Plan development and training plans for team

Market Intelligence & Social Media based Hiring

- Skill & Competitor Mapping: categorize regular and niche skill buckets and map them based on pool availability (geographic spread, skill, competitor etc.,)

- Enable Predictability : Provide statistical analysis (Sectorial analysis, Functional area analysis, Geographic based cluster analysis, work experience, skill based analysis and market trends)

Process Improvement

- Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level

- Integration process - as a key person, involved in integration process between NDS and Cisco

- Driving process improvement, strategize and ensuring cost per hire is in control and maximize customer satisfaction

- Refining process with committed SLA's resulting in effective recruitment by having check points at various levels and using statistical methods to measure recruitment effectiveness 360 degrees

Training & Quality Standards

- Identifying development areas: provide training (internal/External) to recruiters, improve technical / Soft skills required to hire best talent including customer management skills

- Setting quality standards: train recruiters for quality hires, ensuring predictability

Candidate profile:

Looking for a male candidate from Executive search firms, head of Recruitment from large Conglomerates with 15 to 20 years experience.

- Proven people management & leadership skills, handled teams located at multiple locations both domestic and international with consistent productivity and cost effective hiring

- Keen strategist and planner with skills in conceptualizing and effective process initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Ability to create and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance and build teams with strong communication and management skills
