- Delivering to recruiting targets set across various line of business
- Designing and implementation of Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives.
- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong in Non IT recruitment,bulk Hiring between 150 to 200 hires per month.
- Demonstrable creativity with respect to sourcing candidates, Bulk Hiring.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role
- Demonstrable experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
- Hands-on experience with Automation tools
- Good team-management abilities
- Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
