- The TA Director for Lateral Hiring is responsible for leading and managing the lateral hiring process.
- This includes developing and executing recruiting strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- The TA Director will also work closely with hiring managers to ensure that the lateral hiring process meets the needs of the organization.
- In addition, the TA Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for lateral hiring
- Source and screen candidates for lateral roles
- Conduct interviews for lateral roles
- Make hiring recommendations for lateral roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure that the lateral hiring process meets the needs of the organization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lateral hiring
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
- Provide training and support to other members of the talent acquisition team
- Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on lateral hiring
- Strong understanding of the lateral hiring process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
