Director - Talent Acquisition - IT/BPO/ITeS

- At least 10+ years of experience in BPO/ITES Staffing field managing purely recruiting

- Should have experience in Sourcing, Delivery & onboarding of candidates, Client Interaction and Team Handling.

- Should have prior experience in managing Implementing Partners and Direct clients requirements with a compulsory focus on the quality of recruitment.

- Having knowledge and executing full life cycle recruiting processes, including the paperwork involved in the delivery and onboarding of new joiners.

- Be hands-on in the above activities and contribute significantly to the total closures.

- Graduate or Post Graduate degree

- Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.

- Keep the team motivated for superior results.

- Experience in handling multiple clients escalations/issues

- Focused more on Strategy planning and the targets.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing for presentation and negotiations

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
