Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Technical recruitment)

- Our client is an IT services and consulting firm based out of Noida and we are looking for someone with 12+ years of experience in hiring IT roles like Application Development, Java, Python, AI, ML, Fullstack, Architect, Engineering, Data science roles, etc.

- We need someone with Lateral hiring experience (hiring volumes close to 800-900) and managing a team of 12- 15 recruiters.

Location: Pune(on site opportunity)

Role Requirement:

- 15 + years of experience in total in Talent Acquisition - Technical Recruitment (hiring for skillsets like Application Development, Java, Python, ML,AI, Full stack, architecture, .Net, Engineering,Data science, etc.)

- Must have extensive experience in lateral hiring and volume hiring (700-900 in numbers)

- Team management experience - must have managed a team of at least 10-15 recruiters

- The role reports to the Senior Director
