Job Description :
- Participation in workforce planning activities with Business Heads and providing key inputs during the planning phase
- Strategizing the recruitment activities
- Making the Recruitment budget and monitoring the same to ensure cost control
- Vendor Management and performance evaluation
- Task distribution and work allocation within the team
- Periodic review of fulfillment status with Business and the team
- Working with cross functional team on employer branding
- Strategizing the campus recruitment initiative and executing the same along with the team
- Creating effective recruitment metrics and publishing the periodic recruitment dashboard
- Participating in business discussions to provide vital talent acquisition related inputs
- Making presentations to clients whenever required
- Working with the larger HR team to ensure effective adherence to various systems and processes related to recruitment
- Direct responsibility for recruitment of senior level positions
Desirable candidates must have the following :
- At least 15-20 years of recruitment experience in the IT/ITeS sector
- Must have experience in managing teams
- Must have experience in volume hiring
- Very good verbal and non-verbal communication
- Must be well networked in the industry
