Director - Talent Acquisition - IT

- MBA with atleast 12-15 yrs exp in leadership role in Talent Acquisition.

- Experience in SAAS / Enterprise B2B company is mandatory.

- Experience in leaderhship hiring is mandatory

- Experience in Global hiring is mandatory.

- As a Leadership Hiring Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and hire top-level executives and senior leaders for our organization. You will work closely with the leadership team, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand the talent needs of the organization and develop effective strategies to attract and select the best candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with the leadership team and HR partners to understand the organization's leadership hiring needs, including executive-level positions and senior leadership roles.

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-level professionals.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR partners, hiring managers, and interview panels, to align on candidate requirements and selection criteria.
