Principal Responsibilities :

- Supporting experienced hire recruiting for the Engineering division

- Understanding position requirements and the hiring function's deliverables in depth

- Devise sourcing strategy and develop a candidate pipeline

- Ensuring a healthy pipeline till closure, report sourcing risks upfront

- Managing candidate expectations and negotiating compensation packages for new hires

- Developing external contacts to stay abreast of new hiring practices, market intelligence and trends in the industry

- Providing recruiting activity management reports and metrics

- Ensuring the firm maintains a flow of diverse candidates for all position

- Work on recruiting projects to improve recruiting process efficiencies

- Build market intelligence on the hiring landscape and utilize this information for hiring the best talent in the firm

Experience And Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Engineering hiring

- Prior experience in building new teams

- Ability to drive best in class Client and candidate experience; Partner with client/s and candidate/s at all the levels, anticipating needs and pro-actively providing information

- Bring external perspective and thought leadership to deploy innovation in the area of succession planning, internal talent movement, and overall talent management

- Ability to bring thought leadership in the areas of talent management, succession planning, and building a talent pipeline

- Own and Drive firm's aspirational goals

- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to study and solve recruiting challenges

- Handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to the clients

- Critical thinking skills, strong analytical skills to evaluate situations and hiring needs, and identify potential gaps/ risks and areas for improvement

- Clear and crisp verbal and written communication.

- Negotiation skills and ability to present ideas and build consensus with business clients

- Familiarity with recruiting cycle and recruiting philosophy

- Strong attention to detail
