Job Responsibilities: -
- Collaborating with HODs and understand different job functions and role requirements
- Working on multiple open roles across teams and ensure that every hire is a culture fit 'A' player
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end from requirement gathering to day 1 on- boarding
- Recommending new ideas and help create new strategies for hiring that contribute to our long term growth
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Strategizing and Leading all Talent development interventions for the organization which will include Talent Acquisition (both campus and lateral hiring)
- Lead all sourcing strategies
- Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and vendors
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities
- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
Must Have:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruiting for mid to senior-level positions using different organic & inorganic channels
- Experience in - team handling, leadership hiring, volume hiring.
- Experience working on niche IT / Non IT positions
- Strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills
- Good communication skills.
