Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead the talent acquisition function across the organization
- Develop and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
- Lead hiring across levels and volumes within turnaround time to ensure business continuity
- Partner with the business and determine recruitment needs and forecasts
- Manage workforce planning and resource allocation to effectively meet the business demand
- Maintain a strong understanding of how the industry trends and competitive landscape impact the business and accordingly identify the most suitable avenues of hiring
- Streamline TA framework and processes to achieve operational & cost efficiency
- Measure, assess and continuously optimize the effectiveness of TA processes to drive faster delivery of quality hires to the business
- Ensure that the candidate experience is consistent across all hiring interactions
- Ensure that recruiting services effectively meet business demands
Skills & Experience:
- 8-12 years of strong TA experience
- Mandatory experience hiring for Financial Services and Tech
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Well-developed experience in using multiple recruiting strategies and sources
- Highly energetic with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high growth environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and strategic frame of mind
