Director - Talent Acquisition - Financial Services Captive

- Reporting directly to the Head of HR and Global TA Lead, the incumbent will work very closely with business leaders to drive TA agenda of the organization.

- You would need to leverage team management and recruiting expertise to inculcate strategy to attract and hire the top talent to support business and growth objectives.

- 15+ years of work experience in Talent Acquisition across technology, operations and support functions hiring

- Prior experience with reputed Banking/Financial Services set up is mandatory

- Experience managing large teams of recruiters and managers is mandatory

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management

- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
