- Should be currently working in Large BPO, BPS, Contact Center, ITES organisations.Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Director Talent Acquisition
(BPO, Bulk Hiring). The Director Talent Acquisition will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, workforce planning, and global talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or HR required, along with 10+ years of progressive recruitment leadership experience with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition, with at least preferably in a fast-paced global business services/technology company. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
