Job Purpose
Responsible for developing and implementing Talent Acquisition Operations strategies specific to; Sourcing, Coordination, Technology and Analytics, Social Media, Campus Recruitment and Vendor Relations. This position will report to the SR Director, Human Resources/Talent Acquisition and partner closely with members of the Talent Acquisition team to implement best practice recruiting processes.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing and coordination function and enable positive outcomes to deliver effective and efficient results for the business.
- Coach and develop team of associates for accelerated performance.
- Act as an expert consultant to internal business partners on recruiting operations matters.
- Drive continuous improvement around Talent Acquisition related technology to deliver optimal recruitment support.
- Consult on technology decisions in partnership with HRIS team and vendors where needed.
- Identify effective social media recruitment options and manage end to end relationship with vendor.
- Drive the tracking and delivery of metric roadmap.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive campus recruitment solution to attract early talent and build pipeline.
- Lead special recruitment projects as needed to ensure business needs are met.
- Develop and manage the Talent Acquisition budget
- Deliver return on recruiting investment dollars through focused metric management and process improvements.
- Establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure collaborative approach to achieving business objectives
- Employ strong written and verbal communications skills to communicate recommendations for improvement.
