Director - Talent Acquisition - Big4- Delhi/NCR only from Premium College

- Responsible for managing e2e recruitment process for specified SL/BU and deliver to the hiring needs of the business as per SLA and Cost. Partner with business to resolve recruitment challenges with appropriate use of MI and data/MIS.

- Liaison with SL leads and ensure proper stakeholder engagement. Build strong relationships & equity

- Good understanding of domain/functional skills relevant to the business.

- Deliver on the hiring requirements as per agreed SLAs, with focus on agreed sourcemix

- Participate in Projects & Strategic initiatives at a team/function level

- Act as an advisor to stakeholders and has high domain/functional skills relevant to the business.

- Impart training and identify developmental needs for up skilling the team members
