- Support India region leadership base by performing a wide range of TA functions including: - Lead assigned SBG Business Leaders &amp; HR in developing their TA Strategy: - Understand and use TA strategy principles and business savvy to assist with business decision making - Ensure SBG Leadership &amp; HR awareness and understanding of critical TA issues - Work with business teams on developing BU TA strategies based on Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan - Translate SBG TA strategy and priorities and cascade to TA Delivery org - Design project-specific TA strategies that efficiently align with business strategy - Carefully consider cost and quality when making decisions and shaping strategy - Define recruitment plans based on Total Workforce planning/ensure the optimum readiness and placement of labour into required roles at the right time expected by the business - Able to produce and interpret data to facilitate decision-making and recommendations Talent Management: - Partnering with TM to fill critical and pivotal talent needs. - Understands succession gaps and aligns external hiring to address them proactively. - Helps managers utilize assessment tools to make sound talent selection decisions. - Partners with TM to identify potential internal talent development opportunities and learning needs to improve talent readiness/succession for internal positions - Drives diversity and builds robust talent funnel internally and externally Executive, Critical and Pivotal talent sourcing: - Listen to the Snr SBG Business Leader and understand their precise demands in terms of candidate skill set for E Band, Critical and Pivotal roles - Implement search using internal and external executive search methods - Conduct candidate interviews and ensure assessments are undertaken and interpreted - Work with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure paperwork, administration and invoicing are handled correctly - Actively search for new candidates externally and internally proactively to fill succession gaps Diversity : - Drives diversity strategy implementation within the assigned business groups. Partners closely with leadership to ensure diversity acumen, inclusive mindset - Ensure all managers and HR are trained and continuously drive diversity of hire - Analyses diversity metrics to understand key opportunities and partners with deliver team to improve hiring
