Director - Systems Integration

Qualifications - 

- 20+ years of total experience in IT

- 10+ years of people management experience.

- 5+ years as a leader of a software application/product team

- Graduate degree in technology/business with relevant leadership experience.

- Expert level communication, problem-solving, decision-making, problem solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

- Experience driving positive outcomes for large integrated, geographically-dispersed global delivery teams.

- Extensive experience with budgeting and performance management (1:1s, goal setting, annual reviews).

- Extensive experience with recruiting (interviewing, etc.) applicants for individual contributor roles and leadership roles.

- Expertise in the life insurance or annuities industry.

- Software Engineering background in BFSI application products/frameworks

- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft .Net, Java and Middleware tools like MuleSoft and Informatica

- Strong experience with data warehousing, enterprise service bus-based solutions and APIs is essential

- Experience with life/annuities policy administration platforms is preferred
