Job Role:

1. Manage and anchor the Flagship CSR projects along with the implementation partner consultant.

2. Catalytically deploy CSR funds to impactful programs.

3. Work deeply with nonprofit partners to drive the outcomes of CSR strategies on the ground and build their capacity

4. Monitor programs and ensure strict adherence to governance & CSR compliances

5. Design & drive employee engagement through volunteering

6. Augment CSR initiatives to help scope strategic opportunities to engage clients in philanthropy/giving

7. Leverage CSR grant capital to 'unlock' catalytic funding - blended finance capital, concessionary debt, impact investing, etc

8. Drive efficiency & effectiveness of grant capital.

9. Help source a pipeline of products and partnerships - revolving or returnable grants, loan guarantee funds, SIBs or DIBs, subsidized impact-linked debt etc.

10 Assist in defining & executing the ESG roadmap

11. Materiality mapping

12. Compilation of BRSR

13. Global ESG ratings, disclosures, and indices. DJSI, CDP, IIRC, TCFD, etc

14. Work closely with marketing and communications resources, to create and maintain materials for client presentations, investment memos, board meetings, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Good understanding of social impact, philanthropy, sustainability reporting, ESG, and Socially responsible investing space (ideally with a BFSI lens). Integrity & passion towards impact objectives to be achieved.

2. Strong commercial, investing & financial engineering acumen. Understanding of approaches beyond grants like loan guarantee funds, impact bonds, returnable grants, subsidized impact- linked debt etc.

3. Social sector (CSR or HNI donor advisory) or ESG/sustainability consulting experience would be helpful.

- Track record of executing successful social impact or sustainability programs

- Proven operational execution excellence and strong outcome orientation. Excellent project management and execution skills with a result-oriented approach.

- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders. Proactive and well-organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects hands-on at once.

- Strong interpersonal skills. Collaborative, team player.

- Able to work under pressure, delivering against tight deadlines, whilst maintaining high attention to detail

- Graduate or post-graduate degree from a premier institute in India/abroad in a relevant discipline.

- 7-10 years of work experience

- Proficient in excel, data modeling & finance.
