- A Bachelors degree in Engineering from accredited school, Masters Degree preferred.
- 16+ years of experience managing a technology function in a Product Development set-up.
- Product support experience is a must. Well versed with Information Technology production support life cycle.
- Background in the development and management of remote support groups, international support groups, and 24x7 support operations
- Extensive expertise in developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of technical support within the organization
- Experience in both small and large companies is highly desirable
- Familiarity with systems operations and management environments within large enterprise customers and/or service providers is desirable.
- Strong hands-on experience in debugging Java applications
- Should possess deep understanding of java technologies to get a good understanding of product suites, besides helping and guiding team from time to time.
- Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with broad level requirements, deadlines, pressures etc.
- Exposure to support tools will be a plus
- Currently in a leadership role – managing teams and responsibility for software product delivery.
- Must be a strategic thinker who provides thought leadership to product suite.
- Data driven planning and decision making.
- Strong motivator and team builder.
- High degree of customer orientation.
- Must be an advocate of lean processes.
- Be committed to organizational development and operational excellence.
