Job Responsibilities Reporting to the COO, will be responsible for: - Owning all responsibilities of Supply Chain, Logistics, Merchandising, Warehousing, Logistics, and Planning - Developing KPIs according to Annual Operating Plan, meeting those KPIs, and streamlining the value chain between teams - Creating a culture of excellence across the Supply Chain and related teams - Ensuring a constant flow of materials, goods, and products at accurate prices and quality - Accountable for end to end inventory efficiency, financial control, minimizing inventory losses and ensuring inventory variance is within budget - Implementing best practices for Supply Chain, policies, and procedures across the organisation which align with the organisational goals - Actively engaging in warehousing and logistics operations in the direction of the B2B and B2C eCommerce market model - Take care of adequate inventory levels for the company's operation - Coordinate actions with other company departments to improve business performance - Monitor the logistics indicators of the company - Correct possible problems (for example, delays in deliveries) Skills and Knowledge Required - Previous supply chain management and analytical experience, - Strategic and analytical thinking - Management of ERP software, SAP, Oracle, Excellent in excel
