Director- Supply Chain Management ( only FEMALE candidates Please Apply ) Director Supply chain Management (SCM) for a Leading global organization having 13 billion dollar turnover Our client is a Leading global organization having 13 billion dollar turnover is looking for Director Supply chain Management (SCM) - The role has to drive end to end Supply Chain Management in new product launch, strategic API Sourcing, demand, and supply planning, production planning &amp; control, managing import &amp; export, managing Warehouse Management &amp; distribution, project management, and manufacturing. - The role demands acute SCM Proficiency to Carry diverse experience in multiple geographies and adapt in dealing with multicultural and matrix environment&nbsp; - This role has to managed multimillion portfolio and led a team of across members and in Supply chain and operation function globally. - The role demands Excellent negotiation and communication skills with an entrepreneurial approach to business. - Leads multi-disciplinary Supply Chain team of people in demand planning, logistics, procurement, and Operations. - Responsible for Sales &amp; Operation Planning process With the emphasis on Optimization of operating working capital, Customer service level management, OTIF improvement. - Collaborates with planning groups and production facilities globally and India - to create a seamless supply network for the India and South Asia market. - Reduced no. of warehouses resulting in improvement in operating working capital in B2C business. Qualifications : - With advanced and in-depth knowledge of supply chain and industry. - 15+ years of supply chain management experience. - Experience with managing 50+ people at a minimum. - Excellent analytical, written and oral communication (including presentation) skills. - Adaptable to varying cultures. - Strong customer orientation, preferably having direct experience in a service-related industry. - Perfect ethical approach and strong personal values - a role model for the regional SCM organization. - Vision and strong program management skills, including change management - Excellent influencing/negotiation skills and ability to work multi-dimensionally in a complex business environment - the ability to influence upward, peer-wide, and downward.
