Director-Supply Chain-Food and Beverages (8+ years)

Director- Supply Chain opportunity in Delhi for an experienced, result-driven and seasoned professional having 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Warehouse Operations and Logistics. You will be responsible for leading the complete Supply Chain Function across the country.

Responsibilities:

1.Procurement and Sourcing:

- Develop Sourcing strategies for all groceries, disposables, fixed assets while ensuring high quality and low costs across geographies.

- Developing and managing vendors (vendor selection, payments, etc) to fuel expansion plans.

- Supply and Demand Planning to ensure optimum stocks level.

2 Warehouse and Production Operations:

- Devising strategy to optimize Warehousing cost, keeping inventory variance in check and managing warehouse operations across all regions.

-Ensuring OTIF% (On-time In-Full) metrics of warehouse.

- Ensure Food safety and quality standards are maintained.

3.Logistics:

- Manage 3rd party cold logistics for daily deliveries as per schedule.

- Optimizing cost of cold logistics as the expansion fuels.

- Ensure food safety temperature conditions and other operations while delivering.

Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree from IIT or PGDM from IIM

- 8+ years of relevant experience in a growing startup leading their Operations or Supply Chain Function.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

- Strong people management skills
