Position - Director – Supply Chain Design, Planning and Engineering (Large Appliances)

Location: Bangalore (Can apply from any location)

Must have experience into Supply Chain Solution Design

Job Description:-

Mandate:

- Provide thought leadership and chart an evolution course for creating next generation White Good Fulfillment Centre, logistics and distribution

- Lead the Process planning and engineering team for Supply Chain Design - White Goods.

- Lead automation effort in fulfillment centres and logistics

- Drive identification and execution of high impact turnkey and re-engineering projects/programs enabling scalability alongside measurable business improvements in customer satisfaction & efficiency.

Business Impact:

- Emphasis on reduction of process, Handling Points and product defects by the application of appropriate frameworks, methods and tools and successful project management.

- Develop expertise related to handling of Large Appliances which is best in class and try to apply for org. best interest.

- Present business cases to senior leadership for implementation.

- Develop expertise in process automation with to reduce lead time higher efficiency

- Ad hoc projects like managing operations readiness for new sales campaigns, freebies, SKU classification, etc

Customer Impact:

- Process design enhancing customer delivery experience for both last mile delivery and warehouse operations.

- Develop a seamless and easy transaction process for customer by syncing Service, DC and Last mile delivery.

You (Must haves)

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in any discipline and 10 to 18 year experience in Ecommerce/Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution/Logistics Industry
